Zymes’ Coenzyme Q₁₀

Coenzyme Q₁₀ (CoQ₁₀), is necessary for all biological functions. This naturally occurring, fat soluble, vitamin-like substance has two primary functions in the body:

• Antioxidant activity

The natural aging process, in addition to a variety of environmental stressors and diseases, reduce the body’s levels of coenzyme Q₁₀. Therefore, it has become popular to consume coenzyme Q₁₀ as a nutritional supplement.
